Starting January 12, 2024, one deduction will occur in each of the pay periods during which you are paid. Deductions will continue until you request to cancel.

Donate via Payroll Deduction
To be eligible to donate earned vacation time, you must:
- Have successfully completed your initial six-month evaluation period
- Donate a minimum of four hours
- Donate in whole-hour increments
- Have a remaining vacation balance of at least 40 hours after your donation has been applied
Vacation time donation will be reflected on the October 20, 2023, paycheck.
